Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a powerful tool that can inspire how you see and respond to the world around you. Developing EQ can have a profound positive effect on you as well as the people you work with.
In this fun and engaging session you will not only gain a better understanding of what EQ is, you will also learn practical ways to incorporate EQ into your work with all kinds of people and leave with valuable tools that you can utilize immediately.

You will also be able to analyze some of your most important relationships at work and in your personal life and ask, "What's EQ got to do with it?"

This session will help afterschool practitioners identify and understand multiple intelligences (MI) in order to provide differentiated STEM instruction and activities to engage and meet the needs of K-5th children.
