Let’s Talk the Future of Afterschool are quarterly interactive conversations that provide timely updates and resources to the NAA membership and inform policymakers, funders, and other decision-makers about the efforts and needs of the afterschool field and its workforce.

Podcast Club is PD designed for busy professionals interested in gleaning ideas and inspiration from group discussions about our favorite podcasts. It’s like a book club without the time commitment! Participants listen to a selected podcast and come prepared to connect in community and conversation with NAA’s Pod Squad, led by Heidi Ham, NAA VP of Programs and Strategy. Join us monthly for an interactive exchange and discussion about what you heard, what you learned and how you’ll apply it.

Strategies for Site Level Success provides virtual PD focused on the site level professional. Monthly virtual sessions will address topical issues and ideas that specifically apply to site-level efforts. Participants will gain valuable resources and knowledge by discussing strategies for success with facilitators and fellow Executive members in each session. Site-level challenges, needs, and opportunities are unique—Strategies for Site Level Success sessions are designed to build skills, knowledge, and confidence of afterschool professionals who work most closely with young people.

With content and connections for site level professionals to mastery level leaders, this PD lineup will pique your curiosity, help you grow professionally and strengthen the field of afterschool.
