Cultural Competency: More than Just Flags and Festivals
When we talk about being culturally competent, many of us think about "celebrating diversity." What if there was more to it than that? Developing cultural competency includes examining our own biases and developing the willingness to learn and be educated from a different point of view. Being culturally competent can help with your ability to interact successfully with all kinds of people. In this presentation you'll cultivate your ability to understand, communicate with and interact with people across cultures.
