Upon purchase of your system, our Implementation Group will help you design the layout of your data and screens, evaluate administrative procedures, and convert data from an existing system.

On-site: One-on-one, on-site training is the most effective and comprehensive way to quickly learn how to use EZCare. We'll show you how to get the most out of your system's capabilities and fully integrate them with the way you work.
Webinars: Webinars are virtual classrooms that bring together groups of people online to interact in a very cost-effective learning environment. Benefits include:

Virtual On-site: Using desktop-sharing technology, EZCare staff can remotely observe your computer's screen during training, seeing what you see and talking you through each step, using your data—a great option for receiving assistance with specific projects or helping new users learn general techniques.
Headquarters Training: One-on-one training at our home office in Horsham, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia), is an affordable way to learn EZCare for as little or as much time as you need. We'll work with you to create a customized agenda to fit your needs. This option is ideal for local clients or anyone wishing to travel to the Philadelphia area.
