Call for Applications: STEM Learning Programs

Applications are now being accepted for the STEMworks database of effective STEM learning programs. Any STEM programs that serve preK-12 students and teachers—in or out of school—can and are encouraged to apply. Applications are due Friday, September 12, 2014.

Businesses leaders, funders, and STEM advocates tap the STEMworks database for high-quality STEM programs most likely to help maximize their impact on STEM education. Funders know that each STEMworks program has gone through a rigorous vetting process and has cleared a very high bar for quality.

Over the past year, programs in STEMworks have:

  • Received millions of dollars of financial support from Change the Equation member companies.
  • Helped build new partnerships.
  • Improved STEM learning for students nationwide .

STEMworks is an initiative of Change the Equation (CTEq), a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that mobilizes the business community to improve the quality of STEM learning in the United States. Members of Change the Equation provide more than $500 million a year in support of STEM education.
