Creating a Culture of Professionalization in AfterSchool

One of NAA's key strategic focus areas is the development of afterschool professionals, leaders, and the overall afterschool profession.

A diverse group of leaders convened at the 2019 Convention explored current strategies leaders use to make the case for professional development and its funding to support professionalizing the afterschool field. A new document titled Creating a Culture of Professionalization in AfterSchool shares highlights and action steps identified during the leadership convening.
