Substitutions/Cancellations
Participants substitutions are accepted. The current NAA Convention 2020 refund/cancellation policy remains in effect. Refund requests are no longer being accepted as we are outside of the 30-day registration refund request window. All refund requests received to date are being evaluated on a case by case basis. If you previously completed the refund request form no further action from you is needed. You should expect to hear from us by April 30th, hopefully sooner.
